Shipping Policy
Our shipping choices are solely based on the nature of the products. For our e commerce space please allow up 3- 10 working days to receive your products outside the E.U.
Within the European Union please allow 3-5 working days to receive your products from our online store.
For our wholesale clients please contact: hello@wetu-tc.com to get the option of the shipping prices and options available for you.
Shipping charges are extra and are delivered by our third parties and depend on the delivery address you provide us with. If you have your own means or would like to pursue this option alone we are open to these options
Wholesale Packaging
- Our wholesale rice is packaged in standard 25kg and 50kg PP bags
- Our coffee is packaged in single valve vacuum bags and jute bags in 60kg/50kg
- We offer eco packages as well
- We offer custom made packages and printing for retail clients according to your needs.
Return Policy
We are very customer oriented along every step of the way and due to the nature of our products we have set some limitation to the return process:
- Wetu Trading Company does not accept return of coffee beans or rice other than our own mistake during shipping. Please check the accuracy of the products upon arrival.
- Damaged non-coffee merchandise must be reported with 72 hours of receiving your product
- If shipment was damaged, please file a complaint with the courier service as soon as you can
- If you receive incorrect merchandise, please send us an email: hello@wetu-tc.com as soon as possible that we can resolve the issue in the shortest time possible.
- If you are unhappy with the purchase of any of our accessories, you have 14 days to return, and we are happy to replace the product if it has not been used and has all the original tags and packages intact.
- We do not offer cash back. After 14 days from the receipt of your product, we will not replace for any terms.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable as we source third party services

Terms and Conditions
- We do not have a minimum order but an order that exceeds 10kg coffee and 50kg for rice, we are happy to offer you a discount. This is applicable to any other bulk purchase of any of our product. Talk to us!
- Wholesale price list is upon inquiry and we strive to respond as soon as possible
- First 3 wholesale orders are based on payment in advance and after a trustful working relation then we discuss will pursue options
- All wholesale coffee and rice prices are in USD at the time your placed the order and so are the shipping cost
- Our online store the products are charged in EUR and are applicable at the time you placed your order
- We reserve the rights to change, update and alter the prices on our website www.wetu-tc.com at anytime
- Prices and products listed on our website are only applicable to the products listed on the website and not those sold by our affiliates or any other source or means
- All VAT is applied where applicable in our transactions
